Executive Diploma in Lean Six Sigma

This Executive Diploma in Sigma Belt imparts Six Sigma and Lean management principles for optimizing business processes, eliminating waste, and driving data-informed decision-making. The program is designed to build capabilities from foundational concepts to advanced leadership in continuous improvement. Participants will be equipped to manage quality initiatives, execute DMAIC projects, and lead enterprise-wide transformation.

Module 1: Foundation of Six Sigma (White + Yellow)

This introductory module combines the White and Yellow Belt levels to provide a strong foundation in Six Sigma. Participants will learn the history, core principles, and key terminology of Six Sigma and Lean. Emphasis is placed on understanding the DMAIC cycle, identifying waste, and supporting project teams.

Module 2: Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt)

This module focuses on developing practitioners who can lead improvement projects using Six Sigma tools. Green Belts will be trained to apply the DMAIC methodology, conduct root cause analysis, perform process mapping, and use statistical tools for quality improvement. Participants will also gain practical experience in problem-solving within their own business context.

Module 3: Advanced Belt – Black + Master Black Belt

This advanced module integrates the competencies of both Black Belt and Master Black Belt. It focuses on enterprise-level Six Sigma leadership, strategic deployment, mentoring of lower belt levels, and cross-functional project management. Participants will gain expertise in advanced statistical methods, change management, and high-impact problem solving. Ideal for senior leaders who will drive long-term continuous improvement strategies.
